Using a single word will give you the best results.
Too many search results: For example, search results for the word "licence" will list too many entries making it difficult to find the contact you need. In this case, using a phrase may be better. "Driver licence" is more specific and the search results will pertain only to driver licence.
You can narrow your search to a specific department or agency, if you know which department or agency delivers what you are looking for.
The areas to be searched by the InfoSource search engine are:
- Organization Title,
- Organization Mandate, and
- Organization Keywords.
The search engine will find information regardless of:
- capitalization,
- variations of the word (e.g., singular/plural),
- accents.
